This Agreement is a legally binding contract between You ("You" or "Your") and Medical Business Consultants, Inc., ("Medical Business Consultants," "We" or "Us") regarding Your access to and use of its web site (the "Site"). By accessing the Site, You agree to the terms and conditions as outlined in this legal notice. Medical Business Consultants reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and in our sole discretion without prior notice to You. You understand that all information, including resumes, employment applications and any personal information that identifies You ("Personal Information"), data, text, software, photographs, graphics, video, messages, postings or other materials (collectively, the "Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated.

Employment Seekers
Medical Business Consultants gives You the option of putting Your resume in our database of healthcare employees and completing an on-line employment application. In order to submit Your resume or complete an employment application, You will need to register with the Site. The Site's registration system requires You to give Us Personal Information such as Your name, social security number, email address, demographic information, as well as any information You provide regarding Your employment and educational history, as detailed on the resume You submit.

By requesting Us to post Your resume or by completing an employment application, You agree to have Your Personal Information viewed by third parties, including but not limited to, potential health care employers. You may remove Your Personal Information, including your resume and application information, from our database at any time by notifying us. If, at a later date, You choose to have Your name removed from our database, You can do so by sending an e-mail to Medical Business Consultants at the following address: admin@mbcsatx.com. However, third parties may have retained a copy of Your resume or application information in their own files or databases. Medical Business Consultants is not responsible for the retention, use or privacy of resumes and application information in these instances, or for the use or privacy of resumes and application information by any of such parties while resumes and applications are in the Medical Business Consultants database.

Medical Business Consultants will not be liable in any way for any Content posted by You, including without limitation, Your resume or Your completion of an application at the Site, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in the Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred by You as a result of the use or display of any Content posted, emailed or otherwise transmitted via the Site.

Links to Other Materials
If any link is offered connecting You to a third party web site, it is as an accommodation to the respective third party site owner and without charge. Sites linked to and from this Site are not necessarily under the control of Medical Business Consultants, and Medical Business Consultants or its franchisees shall have no responsibilities or liabilities whatsoever for any content or privacy practices of any such linked site or any link or linking program at any time. Governing Law; Consent to Jurisdiction

Limitation On Liability

BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
