• License or certificate in the state of practice
• 1yr experience (six months experience for any unlicensed allied health)
• Active CPR card
• Updated tuberculosis record
• Active ACLS( only for critical care areas)
• Active NRP (only for L&D, NICU, Nursery, Post Partum areas)
• Active PALS (Pediatric & ER areas)
• Active PMAB or equivalent (Psychiatric field)
• Complete appropriate testing for your classification (see testing)
