Overtime
     Overtime is defined as those hours worked in excess of forty hours in a one-week pay period. Overtime must have facility supervision apporval. The overtime rate is one and one-half times the regular billing rate for each hour worked.

Holidays
     Holiday rates are paid for the day, evening and night shifts. The holiday billing rate is one and one-half times the regular billing rate for each hour worked.

     MBC, Inc. work week begins at 7:00am Monday and continues through 6:59am the following Monday and will be billed accordingly.
